Designed to combat marine pollution within "Special Areas"
The system is designed to focus on 3 applications – offshore structures, vessels and cleanup operations.
- The application for offshore structures will identify and track oil spills from offshore structures and calculate the spill volume with accuracy of 90 percent.
- The vessel application continuously monitors individual vessels for oil spills and provides the users with objective spill data.
- The cleanup application is used as forward looking instrument during cleanup operations and enables identification and tracking of oil spills for efficient cleanup procedures.

Offshore Structures Vessels Cleanup Operations
The OSIS system enables identification, tracking and early warning in connection with offshore oil spills. The individual sensors can be installed on selected locations where the risk of pollution is presumed substantial and the system gives instant access to spill data once a spill is detected.
